We are a Chartered Accountancy practice which specialises solely in the field of insolvency. We are a family firm and therefore we are very familiar with the difficulties that individuals and small or medium sized businesses have in accessing specialist advice which is delivered in a manner that is both personalised and capable of being understood.
We are in effect a boutique insolvency practice led by Colin Hastings and his daughter, Linda Hastings, both of whom are Insolvency Practitioners authorised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Colin has been in practice for forty years and throughout that time has held formal insolvency appointments in a considerable number of personal and corporate insolvency cases. He is also an accredited Reporter on Insolvency matters with both The Court of Session and Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Linda has been involved in the field of insolvency for some twenty-four years. Since obtaining her licence as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2010, she has held formal insolvency appointments with very many personal and corporate insolvency cases being appointed by creditors, individuals and Directors alike.
